Product Description:
Our Jam is obtained exclusively from fruits grown in the Monti Picentini Regional Park. The product is handmade, obtained with traditional processing a few hours from harvesting, without dyes or preservatives. Excellent texture and unmistakable taste, with presence of pieces of fruit. Minimum fruit content: 170 gr per 100 gr of product.

Ingredients:
Strawberries, sugar, lemon juice.

Tips:
Our jam is ideal for preparation of cakes and fruit tarts. Also excellent in combination with goat cheese and aged pecorino.

Datterini Tomatoes grown exclusively in the Monti Picentini Regional Park. Selection of hybrid varieties particularly recognized for their sweetness, persistent taste and almost absent acidity. The product is processed and hand-transformed few hours after harvesting.

Tips:
The "L'Apice del Gusto" branded products, obtained from carefully selected Datterino tomato varieties, are able to enhance taste of simple and complex dishes, first courses, traditional or gourmet pizzas. The product is very suitable for fast cooking, with respect of quality and its velvety consistency.

Specialized and seasonal crops

We have been working with respect for the environment and seasonality of products. The nature itself provides us the most useful foods most useful for every season of the year. From a nutritional point of view, seasonal fruit and vegetables are undoubtedly richer in antioxidants, vitamins, carotene, lycopene and folate.
